In 2010, I was approached by a colleague who had been made redundant to come up with a name and corporate identity for a new business venture.
The colleague had identified a gap in the market where they could provide an ironing service to the local community via a mobile phone application.
The name of the new business is a play on words, i.e. the customer is bored of ironing and would love someone to do it for them and of course the actual board of ironing that will facilitate the actual ironing itself!
The business still runs at a local level and has half a dozen people servicing the local community.
